1. CAN I HAVE A SPECIAL COLOUR FOR MY DRINK BOTTLE?

Yes. You can order special colours for water bottles and lids. Note that this will take longer than a normal order due to approval of your custom colour chip and booking production time at this point. The minimum quantities are as follows:

Rapture® 400ml: 2,700. Rapture® 550ml: 3,600. Rapture® 750ml: 3,600. Bubbles®: 3,600. Oxygen®: 3,600. Torpedo: 3,600. Budget 400ml, 500ml & 750ml: 3,600. Clip-on lids: minimum 10,000 of one colour. Screw-on lids: minimum 3,600 of one colour. Sureshot only available in stock colours.

2. CAN YOU SUPPLY PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES?

Yes. Pre-production samples can be supplied prior to your full order. This requires payment of $50.00 per colour printed and your artwork set-up costs. The set-up costs will not be charged again at the time of production but if changes are made after seeing the samples you will incur new artwork costs. Pre-production mock-ups are done at no charge.

3. CAN I PRINT ONTO COLOURED WATER BOTTLES?

Yes you can, but we cannot match PMS colours unless we print a white underlay. A white underlay gives colours a solid background to be able to retain the exact colour. If we do not use a white underlay the colour changes, e.g. blue onto red may change to purple, blue onto yellow may change to green. Please note that a white underlay cannot be placed under every design, depending on the size and shape of the design. For intricate multi coloured artwork we may suggest 4 colour process digital printing. (See 4 colour process below)

4. DO THE PRICES INCLUDE FREIGHT?

No. Prices quoted do not include the cost of freight, unless stipulated in a written quote. Through barcode tracking we can keep track of your consignment. You can nominate your preferred carrier and we will organise the pick up for you when your order is ready to dispatch and have it charged to your account. If you choose to use our carrier you will be billed at our cost.

5. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PRODUCE?

Depending on the time of year, most orders take approx 4 weeks for new orders. Delays can occur if your information is incomplete. The more information you can supply from the outset, the quicker your order will be produced.

6. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM QUANTITY I CAN ORDER FOR PRINTING?

For our premium water bottles the minimum order is 50 bottles of one size/type of bottle. For our budget bottles the minimum is 250 bottles.

7. CAN I MIX THE DRINK BOTTLE SIZES?

Yes. Quantities under 250 can be mixed at no extra cost. If your order is larger than this it will be priced at separate quantities. You cannot mix screw-on and clip-on lids to achieve quantities. Budget bottles cannot be mixed with premium bottles to achieve quantities.

8. CAN I MIX THE BOTTLE COLOURS?

Yes. Just make sure your print colour allows this.

9. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PREMIUM AND BUDGET BOTTLE?

Our premium bottles are produced from food-grade low-density polyethelene plastic (LDPE). The low-density plastic keeps the premium bottle flexible for years. The Budget bottles are produced from a high-density polyethelene plastic (HDPE). The plastic is harder and not as flexible as the premium bottle.

10. CAN I PRINT ON THE TOP COLLAR OF THE BOTTLE?

Yes. You can print one colour on the top section of the Rapture® 750ml, Budget 800ml, Oxygen 800ml® at no extra cost. If you need to print more than 1 colour please discuss it with your sales representative. There are some limitations to what can be printed on this section.

11. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 4 COLOUR PROCESS AND 4 COLOURS?

Four colour process gives you the effect of a photographic image. The process is made up of dots printed over each other to create an infinite number of colours. Four colours are four solid colours e.g. stipulated PMS colours. Depending upon the artwork we may suggest 4 colour process digital printing for difficult to reproduce art.

12. CAN I SEND YOU ARTWORK BY FAX?

No. Artwork sent by fax will certainly distort and have fuzzy edges. It is good to send us an idea of the design you will be sending us but we cannot use this for your final product.

13. WHAT IS A BPA FREE WATER BOTTLE?

BPA (Bisphenol A) is a type of plastic that is an endocrine disruptor, which can mimic the body’s own hormones and may lead to negative health effects.  Regulatory bodies have determined safety levels for BPA, but currently those safety levels are being questioned or under review. To ensure your health and safety all of our water bottles are BPA free water bottles.
